AMY F. STENGEL, ATTORNEY & MEDIATOR LLC
Compassionate, Balanced Guidance
Resolution Through Thoughtful, Pragmatic Analysis and Collaboration
Amy F. Stengel Attorney and Mediator LLC is a law firm committed to facilitating creative, efficient resolutions out of court wherever possible. Amy’s more than twenty years as an attorney have allowed her to develop expertise negotiating complex issues on behalf of clients and as a neutral mediator. Amy focuses on identifying balanced, realistic options for settlement and reducing conflict that unnecessarily drains emotional and financial resources.
Amy believes a mediated or collaborative process for family law disputes provides the best pathway to positive outcomes long-term. In those rare instances when settlement is not possible, she advocates mindfully on behalf of her clients and is careful to avoid escalating conflict.
The firm (Amy) currently advises clients and mediates all family law matters, including divorce, legal separation, allocation of parental responsibilities, division of property and debt, maintenance and child support, parenting rights, post-decree modifications of parenting time and support, same sex marriage, common law marriage and property divisions for unmarried partners. Amy represents clients on an ‘unbundled’ consulting basis and also as a Collaborative lawyer. She also assists clients in the preparation of will and trust-based estate plans as well as marital agreements.
